In India and other third world countries the condition of roads and bridges is very bad and pathetic.Black money can change this situtation.The black money collected in banks may be distributed to various agencies for construction of roads and a small amount of toll may be collected.For instance we can have a computer system connected to toll collection.This even a small amount will be accounted.Each bank can have a specific agency for road construction.It is better that the bank is involved in this activity than the government.Government may supervise.Thus good roads and bridges will be established is the country.People can have a comfortable journey.There will not be accidental death.Previous life can be secured. Death is inevitable but who is responsible for the death due to road accidents.Usually an individual can not construct a road.Only the government and the banks are capable for it.
