Progress all over the country could be witnessed when there is increase in the wealth.There would be tremendous change in all walks of life.Violence and agitations against government will slowly reduce in number.Even the communal riots will be far off.The only loss would be to those political parties who make unnecessary strikes and communal forces who come into power exploiting the religious feelings of the masses.Only a secular government or a noble despot can bring into effect such a law and implement it successfully.
